The reason why is because Mr King himself is all about the client . You are privileged if he is your lawyer. My case was nearly a dead case and i personally didn't think much could come out of it but Mr King went to war for me to keep it alive and not only keep it alive but also at the end blew my mind over the recovery amount he was able to get and the most rewarding moment for me was really his reaction to how pleasantly surprised i was at the end really speak volume that he takes pride into giving out his best along with his team. From the beginning, Mr. King was upfront about expectations, listened to my desires, and was committed to getting the most we could get for my case. I'm so glad that I trusted him and the team to be able to get more for me, because I got exactly what I wanted from my settlement. At least that's what I thought.... Once I came in the office to sign paperwork, Attorney King surprised me by having an even larger check than I settled on! Now THAT'S a surprise I can live with. My only advice is to be patient, if you can. Think about it. No one expects to go through personal injuries, so we don't really "budget" for any settlements from accidents. So, if you can trust Joe and the team to get everything you want, I suggest waiting. However, even if you don't have the extra time, the first offer I received was still above what the insurance company wanted to give me before I hired Morris King & Hodge. Be patient. Be hopeful. Trust Joe. Oh, also...as a sidenote. Mr. King has a great personality as well and he's easy to talk to. Joe worked incredibly hard and didn’t settle when they came back with a settlement that wasn’t what we’d hoped for. He managed to get my insurance to back down and not force me to pay them as much, and he managed to get me more money from the settlement after a year of persistence.
